Russ began his career in office automation with the 3M corporation in 1972. In his first year, he was awarded Presidents Club for being in the top 10% of the nation in copier sales. In 1974 he moved on to Service Assurance Corporation a reseller of Xerox copiers.  After eight years of major account experience, Russ bought the company and owned it through 1989.

Russ has been working with Chicago Office Technology Group. a Global Imaging company in the capacity of National Accounts manager since March of 1992.  His responsibilities include the management of over 30 national accounts.
